Does it cost anything to sign up as a recruiter?

No, it's free to have a recruitment account for your organization on Impactpoool.

What happens once I sign up to Impactpool as a recruiter?

When you sign up, as a partner or with a free account, you get a dashboard for your organization from where you can post jobs, save drafts, select different types of job postings. We are also soon launching the possibility to see the result of your job postings and to upgrade your postings if you are a partner.

Is posting jobs the only service you have?

While posting a job is our most popular service, that's not the only one. You can also build talent pools with us and use our ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Just get in touch with us to get more information about these services.

Can my team access the same account?

Yes! Once you create your account, whether you are a partner or not, you can invite members of your team to your organization's account.

Can I pay via invoice?

Yes, we have the option to pay via card and invoice/bank transfer. Please note that your jobs will be posted on Impactpool after the payment has been confirmed.

How can I get in touch with Impactpool?

Get in touch with us via the chat function at the lower right corner of your dashboard.

How can I choose to upgrade my job post with a free account to reach more candidates?

The free account offers no promotional features. But, if you want to add features that give you better visibility and reach, it's a very easy process. After filling in the details of the post, you will have the option to choose if you want to post it as a free post or as a promoted post.

How do I get the Premium features of the partnership?

Once I become a partner, how long will it take for my jobs to be visible on Impactpool?

Once we have the information of your career page URL or of your own API, we can retrieve all your jobs, and they will be published as soon as we have built the integration between our sites. Normally, it does not take more than 1-2 days, and we guarantee to have it completed within a maximum of 10 days.

I believe that we will have around 40 vacancies during the coming twelve months and have selected the 21-50 posts per year. What happens if we exceed this?

This is not a problem, if you publish more vacancies than what's available in the package you have selected, you will automatically be upgraded to the next level once you have passed the limit. The payment schedule will similarly be adjusted automatically via credit card or invoice.

How can I cancel my partnership?

Get in touch with us to cancel your partnership. You can cancel your partnership anytime after the minimum time of a partnership which is 4 months.

Do I need to pay to benefit from this service?

No, just sign in for free and pay as you post jobs. You can choose to pay via credit card or invoice/bank transfer. You can customize the type of posting you want depending on your needs, e.g have more visibility and reach for some posts that are difficult to fill or when you need to reach suitable candidates within a specific target group.

Can Impactpool post jobs for me?

Yes, absolutely. Get in touch with us and we can post jobs for you. However, this service is provided at an extra charge if you have not subscribed as a Partner.
