International delegates please note: You will need a visa to enter Australia.
All international visitors to Australia (the sole exception being citizens of Australia and New Zealand traveling on Australian and New Zealand passports) must obtain a visa in advance. You are urged to apply for a visa no later than six weeks prior to travel. Residents of many countries may now apply for a visa online, others will need to apply at an Australian Embassy, Consulate or High Commission. For information on how and where to apply for a visitor’s visa to Australia, please go to the Department of Immigration website.
Please use your registration confirmation letter (received upon completing your registration) and paid invoice to support your visa application. Presenters may also include their official acceptance letter in their application. As per advice from the Australian Government Department of Immigration and Border Protection, we are unable to provide delegates with invitation letters.
You will need to register for the Conference and pay your fees before you apply for a visa. Please be aware that GCMM will not contact consulates or embassies regarding visa issues that delegates face. It is the sole responsibility of the delegate to apply and follow up their Visa application with the relevant agency.
