Terms and Conditions
There are no early bird registrations. One Registration allows publication of one paper only. Additional paper can be submitted at the extra fee cost indicated above. Once confirmation of payment is received, a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued.
We highly recommend each delegate has travel insurance. This will cover you in the event of illness, or if you have problems regarding accommodation.
Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Registration cancellations will not be accepted. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person in your organization. All notification of change of delegate details must be made in writing no later than 21 days prior to the commencement of the Conference.
