The person will contribute to the implementation of research and knowledge management related tasks bringing in the innovation angle with increased capacities. This will allow CEPOL expand its research and knowledge management component that aims to support the proposals for the modern learning technologies in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of training activities and integrating relevant research innovations in the CEPOL courses and higher education products. Besides the research development s/he will be involved into the maintenance and the development of the different research and learning management systems and platforms. S/he will contribute to feed the research and higher education spaces of LEEd with the functional design requirements of the learning products. The post holder will also support the implementation of online blended training activities for higher education programme, according to the identified needs using CEPOL applications of modern learning technologies and modern tools. The post requires a very good command of English, both written and oral, good analytical skills, research skills (independence, responsibility, commitment) as well as knowledge of IT software and IT awareness in the area of digital learning. The past experience as researcher, knowledge on computer engineering and/or Artificial Intelligence is an added-value.
