Result of Service
The consultants services will support the enhancement of utilization of the enhanced Single Window Portal/Dashboards functionalities in Central Asian countries, with the aim to facilitation access for trading community to customs and other agencies information and increasing transparency of export-import operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
UNCTAD ASYCUDA Programme is promoting Customs-centric Single Window to facilitate export and import operations Under the general supervision of UNCTAD ASYCUDA Regional Coordinator for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, the incumbent will undertake the following duties. - continuation of development of enhanced functionalities of the Single Window Dashboard/Portal menu, - ensuring that all menus are designed with a user-friendly interface, with ease of navigation and accessibility. - ensuring that the Single Window portal and dashboard should offer intuitive features and clear instructions, making it convenient for both experienced and novice users to interact with the platform. - optimization of the user interface is optimized for various devices, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones, enabling users to access the portal from anywhere at any time. - designing interfaces to accommodate input of a high volume of information - developing dedicated dashboard functionality for document tracking, allowing to track and manage documents effectively within the dashboard. - testing and improving the performance of the Dashboard/Portal new functionalities to be put into operation
Qualifications/special skills
A first university degree, Bachelor, in information technology, computer science, engineering, mathematics or related area. Experience of work in ICT sector as front-end and back-end developer, design, development, testing and piloting complex ICT applications is required Java and Angular programming language is required Experience of development ICT solutions for customs automation or single window including portals/dashboards is desirable Experience of work for ICT projects under international organizations or/and in the transition economies region is desirable
Languages
Knowledge of technical English (ICT terminology) is required
