Mission and objectives
In recognition of the fundamental principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, International Bridges to Justice (IBJ) is dedicated to protecting the basic legal rights of ordinary citizens in developing countries. Specifically, IBJ works to guarantee all citizens the right to competent legal representation, the right to be protected from cruel and unusual punishment, and the right to a fair trial.
Context
Initial ideas can be based on nature, legal concepts, or more abstract concepts. We would like them to include recognisable Vietnamese elements that link the manual to Vietnam. The manual is intended for use by lawyers in courtrooms and for inclusion in legal libraries so we would require the artwork to be appropriate for professional environments. The following logos should be present on the front cover. IBJ's Logo, Reed Smith LLP, Lexis Nexis.
Task description
As a first step, we would welcome a volunteer to develop some initial ideas or concepts for what the front cover could look like. The next step would be to narrow in on one idea and create an initial mock up. Finally the front cover would be finalised and added to the Manual text.
