The incumbent of this post reports to Senior Project Manager, Health Information Systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of project activities, meetings, and workshops. - Maintain project calendars and timelines, ensuring alignment with project goals and milestones. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule. - Create, maintain, and organize project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. - Ensure that project documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and accurately reflects project progress. - Act as a central point of contact for project team members and stakeholders, providing timely updates and information. - Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and progress. - Assist in the tracking of project budgets and resources, ensuring that expenses are within allocated limits. - Assist in resource allocation and scheduling to optimize project execution. - Contribute to presentations and updates for project stakeholders. - Foster close cooperation with focal Project staff, including the Health Department (HD) eHealth Project Coordinator and the Education Department (ED) Project Coordinator, to ensure seamless implementation of the joint Digital Transformation Project.

Special Notice
Type of Contract: Limited Duration Contract (LDC), Band E. The Limited Duration Contract applies to external candidates and UNRWA internal candidates on LDC.
