About the Role:

As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in expanding our reach and impacting smallholder farmers in Cote d’Ivoire. Working closely with the Country Director, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with key stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service to our clientele, which consists primarily of farmers. As a key member of the myAgro team, you will contribute to the sales strategy and work towards achieving sustainable long-term goals within the territory.

 

You Will:

  • Build the tools and systems that help myAgro grow to new regions and villages.
  • Assist smallholder farmers in understanding our products and services and making informed purchasing decisions
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, smallholder farmers, and village entrepreneurs
  • Provide accurate product information and technical support
  • Actively participate in sales training and development programs
  • Collect and analyze sales data to track progress and identify areas for improvement

 

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the agribusiness sector
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape
  • French and English proficiency
  • Advanced Excel skills (can perform complex functions, and analyze data to make decisions)
  • A passion for the mission, vision, and values of myAgro
