GPE is seeking a dynamic and savvy internal communications specialist to support the development and roll-out of a new internal communications strategy and function within GPE. This is a new role, reporting to the Chief of Staff under the overall guidance of GPE’s senior leadership and in close coordination with the Head of Communications, Head of HR and other members of the internal communications working group.
The internal communications specialist will be responsible for driving the implementation of GPE’s internal communications strategy across multiple channels, including supporting executive communications, producing content, developing and managing an editorial calendar, and supporting the cascade of communications between leadership and staff. This role will also be responsible for ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all communication channels and that all internal communications are in line with the GPE brand and GPE values.
