Jhpiego is seeking services of qualified LHV/CMWs for the “Flood Emergency Response Project” to be implemented in 04 districts of Sindh.  The project aims to provide healthcare (curative and primary healthcare) services to the population residing in flood affected areas through mobile camps and static centers by adopting integrated approach with other programmes.

• Provide primary healthcare services to the displaced population in selected areas through mobile camps and static centers.
• Conduct community awareness sessions on primary prevention like immunization, maternal and child health and other communicable and noncommunicable diseases.
• Supervise and provide training to staff, formulate women support groups in community liaison with LHW of the areas to promote health awareness.
• Keep close liaison with government departments.
• Work closely with local vaccinator and EPI office to enhance routine immunization, reaching refusals and zero dose children.
• Maintain data and keep record of clients.

• Diploma in Nursing/CMW course/LHV certificate
• 3-4 years of experience as LHV/CMW in community
• Must be resident of allocated district
• Experience of same type of assignments will be a plus.
• Proficiency in local language and strong report writing skills
• Knowledge of health information system
