Your Role

As a member of our Digital Communications team, you will:

  • Support with maintenance of our websites and online platforms.
  • Assist with newsletter creation.
  • Participate in User acceptance testing for new and current application enhancements.
  • Support with several ad-hoc communications with our stakeholders.
  • Organize content updates and translations.
  • Support with the collection, tracking and analysis of data from our digital platforms.
  • Contribute to the specific website and online platform relaunch projects.
  • Organize and handle administration tasks related to the digital communications projects and online platforms.

 

Your Profile

  • You are currently enrolled at a university in the Bonn area and eligible to work in Germany.
  • You are ideally studying Media Science, Communications, Informatics or similar.
  • You have experience or a good understanding of website content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, Typo3).
  • You have experience or a good understanding of digital communications tools (MailChimp, SendGrid, SurveyMonkey, Google Analytics, SEO tools, reporting tools).
  • You have a good command of MS Office Pack (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook).
  • You are business fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus.
  • You are living in commuting distance to our Bonn office.
  • You are a team player with good communication skills.
  • You are committed to FSC mission and values.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • Start date: 01 February 2024 (negotiable)
  • Working hours: 20 hours per week (ideally across 3- 5 days per week).
  • Duration: 12 months with an opportunity to extend.
  • Remuneration: 12€ gross per hour.
  • Location: FSC office Bonn.
