The incumbent is to provide technical support and guidance in effective implementation to empower community health workers using an AI Chatbot.

• Coordinate with DGFP and DGHS to inform them about the project activity and ensure all sorts of support from them to implement the program.
• Collect all MNH, FP and nutrition related technical materials, identify technical contents from those for the CHWs.
• Coordinate with mPower to finalize all contents appropriate for chatbot.
• Provide training on technical contents to the CHWs and support mPower for their training.
• Find out the quality gaps through close monitoring & auditing and ensure technical supervision to ensure quality of the projects’ activities and provide inputs to finalize reports and timely submissions.
• Provide technical support for smooth implementation of the project.
• Establish clear coordination and communication plan at all level, specially close coordination with CHWs for improved patient outcome.
• Facilitate analysis and use of relevant data to prepare report.
• Organize all meetings and dissemination workshop related to this proiect.
• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so once the technology completed, doing quality assessment by verifying generated contents

MBBS.

MPH will be an added advantage.

Minimum 5/10 years of work experience in NGO sector, specifically Public Health.

Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams.

Proven understanding and hands-on experience in MNH& FP related project activities & initiatives.

Excellent computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, Excel)

Public relations, communication, coordination and Networking skills.

Ability to manage a varied workload, work under pressure, priorities and meet deadlines

Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to the needs of the organization

Focused on delivering results by taking calculated-risks and problem solving approach
